INJUNCTIONS: Re B-Q (Non-Molestation Order: Power of Arrest) [2008]

A judge had not been entitled to attach a power of arrest to a non-molestation order when there had been no evidence of the use or threat of violence against the applicant or a relevant child, and the power of arrest would be set aside.
