(Family Division, Cohen J, 19 December 2019)
Financial remedies – Divorce – Separation agreement
The Family Division held that an award of £325,000 should be made to meet the husband's needs for an income and a further £10,000 for a car replacement. However, there was no reason for the wife to pay the husband's unreasonably incurred costs.
