Guidance on flexible working

Employees have the statutory right to request a flexible working pattern. The Law Society has issued updated advice and suggested forms of flexible working that practices may wish to consider. 

The practice note is aimed at partners, human resources professionals and anyone involved with the management of a law firm and covers the law in relation to indirect discrimination where it affects those with caring responsibilities.
