Date:12 SEP 2012
Third slide
Senior Editor

In August 2012, the Senior Presiding Judge and the Senior President of Tribunals issued guidance on the use of blogs and Twitter accounts. It applies to all courts and tribunal judicial office holders in England and Wales and is effective immediately.

Judicial office holders who maintain blogs must adhere to the guidance and should remove any existing content that conflicts with it.
