The latest set of amendments to the Family Procedure Rules (FPR) Practice Directions have been issued by the President of the Family Division and the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State.
The amendments coming into force on 17 July 2015 affect Practice Directions:
- 3A (Family Mediation Information and Assessment Meetings (MIAMS));
- 4A (Striking Out a Statement of Case);
- 5A (Forms);
- 12E (Urgent Business);
- 12F (International Child Abduction);
- 12G (Communication of Information); and
- 30A (Appeals).
The remaining amendments update Practice Direction 34E (Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance Orders – Designated Family Judge Areas) and come into force on 31 July 2015.Click here
