FAMILY PROCEEDINGS (ALLOCATION TO JUDICIARY) (AMENDMENT) DIRECTIONS 2007

Amendments to the Allocation to Judiciary Directions 1999 have been made to give district judges and recorders authorised to hear contested care applications jurisdiction to hear related placement proceedings. The changes will come into force on 2 April 2007 and are reproduced below.
