The Family Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2017 come into force on 6 April 2017, amending Parts 10, 11 and 16.

The Rules amend the Family Procedure Rules 2010 to ensure that applicants for certain orders do not, in person, hand over papers to respondents. They also make minor consequential amendments.
