Public law children – Fact-finding hearing – Sexual abuse allegations – Death of a young child – Whether the father had sexually abused the child before her death

The judge conducted a review of an earlier fact-finding hearing in light of evidence from new witnesses but remained of the view that the father had perpetrated a penetrative anal assault on the child either using his penis or some other unidentified object.
