CPR 1998 Update 59 - Amendments to Practice Directions

To accompany the amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998 made under Update 59 (which comes into force on 1 October 2012), the Master of the Rolls has also amended the CPR Practice Directions.

The amendments, which can be viewed here, include the replacement of CPR PD52 (Appeals) with five new Practice Directions.
