Costs – Discretion of court – Judicial review – Inherent jurisdiction

The Trust was ordered to pay 80% of the child’s costs of the proceedings for judicial review to be assessed on the standard basis if not agreed. No order was made for the costs in proceedings under the Children Act 1989.
