The Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2012

These Regulations are made under powers in the Child Support Act 1991 (c.48) and come into force on 30th April 2012. They amend the Child Support (Collection and Enforcement) Regulations 1992 , the Child Support (Maintenance Assessment Procedure) Regulations 1992 , the Child Support (Maintenance Assessment and Special Cases) Regulations 1992 , the Child Support (Maintenance Calculations and Special Cases) Regulations 2000 and the Child Support (Management of Payments and Arrears) Regulations 2009.

These Regulations come into force on 30 April 2012.
