The Supreme Court Fees (Amendment) Order 2011 (SI 1737(L 16)/2011)
Date:5 AUG 2011

This Order amends the Supreme Courts Fees Order 2009 (S.I. 2009/2131) to increase the fee for an application for permission to appeal to the Supreme Court from £800 to £1,000.

This Order came into force on 5 August 2011.
