Enforcement of Munby's order in Re N; A v G and N [2010] 1 FLR 272; see also two related cases under related articles tab above. Schedule 1 order for £240,000. The mother asked for control over purchase of property that met agreed criteria, on basis that the was father delaying process to unacceptable extent. Provisions of trust deed had taken over 2 years to settle. Pelling involved both as father's nominated trustee and as father's advocate.
