The husband and wife both had a public profile but had always kept a private life private and not sought publicity. The woman had conducted a flirtatious telephone, e-mail, text and tweeting relationship with the husband but did not have an affair. The woman was originally opposed to publicity but now wished to publish her story in specific paper.

Interim injunction granted on anonymous basis.
