03/12/2008 - These Regulations amend the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987, the Jobseeker's Allowance Regulations 1996, the Social Security and Miscellaneous Amendments Regulations 2000, the Social Security Regulations 2002 and the Employment and Support Allowance Regulations 2008.

These Regulations substitute and amend paragraph 1 of Schedule 1B to the Income Support Regulations with the result that the entitlement of a lone parent to income support will depend on the age of his or her youngest child.
