The Adoption and Children Act 2002 (Commencement No.12) Order 2014 was published on 22 July 2014.

This Order is the twelfth Commencement Order made under the Adoption and Children Act 2002.

Article 2 brings into force on 25th July 2014 sections 125 to 128, 129 and 131 of that Act.

These sections provide for the establishment and maintenance of the Adoption and Children Act Register and extend to England and Wales.
