Family lawyer Angela Davis has joined as associate in the private client team of Nottingham law firm Berryman, from local rival Nelsons.

The key appointment means Berryman is now a market leader in its legal expertise in the specialist area of financial settlements for divorcing couples and has one of the city's largest and strongest legal teams in this field.

Angela brings almost 20 years experience as a specialist family lawyer to Berryman; she was previously a partner at Nelsons for five years, prior to which, she was head of the family team and an associate at Chattertons Boston.
