Medical treatment – Cessation of treatment – Declaration of lawfulness
A declaration was granted that it was lawful and in the child’s best interests for there to be no further neurosurgical intervention and in the event of cardiac arrest no form of cardiac resuscitation.

Medical treatment – Cessation of treatment – Declaration of lawfulness

A declaration was granted that it was lawful and in the child’s best interests for there to be no further neurosurgical intervention and in the event of cardiac arrest no form of cardiac resuscitation.
