In May 2013 I gave judgment in this matter after a lengthy fact-finding hearing. In that judgment I made serious findings of violent and physically abusive behaviour against MI in respect of his daughter E and in respect of A, and to a lesser extent L. I also made findings against him of historical sexually abusive behaviour towards another child B. I was critical of the mother and found she had not protected her children against MI.
