TUES 23/03/2010 - Any organisation who wishes to deliver legal aid work in Mental Health and Family (including family mediation) and Social Welfare law from 14 October 2010 will need to apply for and be awarded a new contract. The deadline for submitting tenders is 12 noon 31 March 2010 for Mental Health and 21 April 2010 for Family and Social Welfare.

The current contracts come to an end on 13 October 2010. Further details can be found in the Information for Applicants, available on the LSC website tendering pages.

All tenders for new contracts must be submitted through the LSC's secure eTendering system.
