CCMS, legal aid, Client and Cost Management System, improvements, feedback, amending
The Legal Aid Agency has improved the Client and Cost Management System (CCMS) in response to user feedback on making amendments and directing case enquiries
Over the Bank Holiday weekend, the CCMS has been enhanced to enable you to make the following amendments while another amendment is in progress:
- amend provider details;
- amend the case correspondence address; and
- allocate and assign costs to an advocate.
