ILEX Tutorial College (ITC) has developed in association with Resolution a new course for unqualified personnel handling family law files. The course is delivered by distance learning and is accompanied by extensive printed and electronic teaching materials. Students who successfully complete the course will be eligible to become members of Resolution and to use the title 'Certified family law assistant'.
