The Home Office and UK Visas and Immigration have published a suite of documents containing information for applicants to the EU Settlement Scheme during the pilot scheme running from 1 November to 21 December 2018.

Through the EU Settlement Scheme, EU citizens and their families will be able to apply to get either settled or pre-settled status.

The scheme will open fully by 30 March 2019, but applicants who are eligible to take part in the pilot may be able to apply earlier.
