On 26 June 2007 the Child Support Agency (CSA) started to publish information about non-resident parents who have been successfully prosecuted for information offences. The parents named on the CSA website had been taken to court and found guilty of either failing to provide information, or providing false information to the Agency. On 26 July it was announced that the practice would be dropped. For more information see September [2007] Fam Law.
