(Family Court, Roberts J, 21 April 2020)
Financial remedies — Wife alleged that the husband had failed to make full, frank and complete disclosure of financial circumstances – Whether wife was entitled to relief
The Family Court held that the husband was, and had been, the beneficial owner of shares in a company and the beneficial owner of 50% of the value of the shares held in other companies. The Family Court also made a nominal periodical payments order and, at the present stage, a 100% pension sharing order in the wife's favour.
