The Law Society is shortly due to conduct its annual research into current issues affecting law firms. Independent research agency Moulton Hall Ltd has been commissioned to undertake the work by conducting telephone interviews with 1,000 UK firms.

The aim of the research is to enable monitoring of developments in the market, and to improve the Society’s understanding of challenges and opportunities faced by firms.

Research questions will focus on the type of work undertaken by firms, use of technology, staffing, types of clients and which issues might have an impact for law firms.
