Prenuptial AgreementIn association with the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Family Law is pleased to announce that it will be hosting International Pre- and Post-Nuptial Agreements Symposium 2011 on the 8 March in London. This is an essential seminar for all ancillary relief lawyers advising high net worth individuals with international connections.

The seminar will focus on the disparity in divorce laws in England and Wales, Australia, France and the USA, in particular New York.  Speaking at the seminar will be Charlotte Butruille-Cardew, Nicholas Francis QC, Jeremy Morley, Geoff Wilson and the event will be chaired by David Salter.

This experienced speaker team will highlight the complexities and pitfalls that arise at each stage of dealing with international pre and post nuptial agreements and satellite proceedings.

The seminar is fully accredited by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority, Institute of Legal Executives and Bar Standards Board.
