3rd Commonwealth/Common Law Family Judicial Conference

The Conference will be held in Hong Kong, 29 August - 1 September 2012.

The Conference meets only every 3rd year and 2012 represents a real opportunity to strengthen the commitment of the common law world to international family justice.

Anglophone/Germanophone Standing Judicial Conference

For the first time Switzerland hosts the Conference at Thun, 5-8 September 2012

The Standing Conference is expanding its sphere and Switzerland is playing an increasingly influential role in international family justice.  The focus will therefore be more on international conventions than European regulations.
