16 NovemberThe Manchester Family Law Conference 2010 will be taking place on 16 November at the Lowry Hotel in Dearmans Place. There are still a few remaining places remaining so book now to ensure you secure your place at this prestigious annual event.

Chaired by David Salter, the team of experts will navigate you through the case law and legislative developments you need to be aware of. The keynote speaker will be Mrs Justice Eleanor King. 

Delegates will be able to receive an accreditation of 5 hours 20 minutes from the Solicitors Regulation Authority and ILEX or 5 hours accreditation from the Bar Standards Board.

As well as providing commentary on ancillary relief hot topics, such as the impact of Radmacher and Macleod in practice, private children law, advising on conduct and disclosure and in the context of self-help, it will also help you steer your practice through the ongoing tricky economic climate. In addition the event will provide you with the opportunity to network with your peers over a silver service lunch.
