This Practice Direction supplements FPR Part 34

This Practice Direction supplementing the Family Procedure Rules 2010 is made by the President of the Family Division under the powers delegated to him by the Lord Chief Justice under Schedule 2, Part 1, paragraph 2(2) of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005, and is agreed by Lord McNally, Minister of State, by the authority of the Lord Chancellor.

This Practice Direction comes into force on 31 October 2011.
