The mother applied for permission to appeal an order transferring the residence of her two children to their father. The Cafcass officer had recommended that the children should live with their mother and have contact with the father. Applying the test in Tanfern LTD v Cameron-MacDonald there was a real prospect of success on appeal and therefore permission was granted.
