Jonathan has specialised in matrimonial finance for over 25 years. He has been in chambers at 29 Bedford Row for the last 14 years. Since representing the father in the landmark Sch 1 case Re P (Child: Financial Provision) [2003] EWCA Civ 837, [2003] 2 FLR 865 a large proportion of his work has been in this field. He now acts as an Arbitrator, which is particularly well suited to Sch 1 litigation.
