Claire Davis

Claire Davis is a director of SFE (Solicitors for the Elderly), the organisation responsible for upholding and improving the quality of the legal care available to the older population in the UK. Claire has been on the board for eight years, and is the sole Welsh director.

Claire is also a Partner at Howells Solicitors in their Cardiff and Newport office, specialising in end of life planning incorporating Wills where a partner has been diagnosed with Dementia, second marriages and Wills to protect the Interests of Vulnerable Children. Powers of Attorney and Deputyships. She also advises on the preservation of Assets, the use of Trusts and Inheritance Tax issues, and supports families through the administration of an estate.
