Hague Child Support Convention Explanatory Report published

The Hague Conference on Private International Law has published the Explanatory Report on the Hague Convention of 23 November 2007 on the International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance by Dr Alegría Borrás and Jennifer Degeling with the assistance of William Duncan and Philippe Lortie.
