Jo Edwards, Chair of ResolutionResolution,
the family law organisation, recently launched a
Manifesto for Family Law,
setting out what its members see as the most urgent changes that need to be
made to the family justice system. Resolution chair Jo Edwards argues the case
for change and looks in detail at some of the policy proposals Resolution is
putting forward, including the introduction of divorce without blame and a
Parenting Charter for separating families.
