The President of the Family Division updates the reforms now under way in readiness for April 2014 namely:
- the Single Family Court;
- the PLO, especially the Triborough Project;
- private law, particularly the Private Law Working Group;
- transparency;
- standardisation of family orders;
- bundles; and
- the inadequate facilities in some courts.
