Sarah Green

Associate | TLT

Sarah is an Associate in the Family team at TLT  and has experience in all areas of financial and private law children issues including complex financial cases involving trusts, foreign jurisdictions and businesses as well as international children cases. She also deals with domestic abuse issues, premarital and cohabitation matters, civil partnerships and same-sex marriages. Sarah is a Resolution Accredited Specialist in complex financial remedies and children law.

Sarah is an elected member of the Resolution National Committee. Sarah was one of the founding members of YRes and the National YRes chair from 2015 – 2018.
