Hetty qualified in 1996 and became a Partner in 2003.  She deals with all aspects of family law, including Pre-Nuptial and Cohabitation Agreements, issues arising from the breakdown of a relationship, particularly financial issues arising from separation, and matters relating to children, where focus and sensitivity is essential.  She has particular expertise in dealing with child abduction cases and children cases with an international element.
