Nicholas Mostyn QC has been appointed to the High Court Family Division with effect from 20 April 2010 on the retirement of Mr Justice Bennett.
Considered to be one of the top family lawyers in the country, Nicholas Mostyn, 58, has acted in numerous high-profile cases including Radmacher, Myerson, Spencer, McCartney, Miller and Sorrell.
He was called to the Bar by the Middle Temple in 1980 and took Silk in 1997. In 2000 he was appointed a Recorder and is approved to sit as a deputy High Court Judge.
