FINANCIAL REMEDIES:Musa v Karim

(Court of Appeal, Thorpe, Sullivan LJJ, Morgan J, 13 July 2012) 

The husband appealed financial order on the basis of the wife's failure to disclose her interests in overseas properties.

Allowing the appeal. The husband had highly significant evidence that the wife had not divested herself of her interest in the properties and had subsequently had dealings with them. Case remitted for reinvestigation.
