FACT-FINDING HEARING:Sutton v Gray and Others (No 2) [2012] EWHC 2763 (Fam)

By Samantha Bangham, Law Reporter - 16 October 2012

(Family Division, Hogg J, 12 October 2012)

Since the conclusion of the fact-finding hearing Services for Children had conducted an assessment which recorded that there was a positive relationship between 3-year-old child and her parents. All care proceedings were dismissed. The child would return to the mother's care with the assistance of the foster carer. The grandparents with whom the 5 year old had been living were now in agreement that she should also be returned to the parents with the support of the local authority and Services for Children.
