FINANCIAL REMEDIES:Hope v Krejci and Others [2012] EWHC 1780 (Fam)

The husband had been ordered to pay the wife £268,000 plus £100,000 towards her substantial costs but a year after the order was made he had still failed to make payment. The husband had also failed to give full disclosure of assets held by a family trust and company structure. The wife applied for enforcement of the order under r 33.3 of the FPR 2010 and restored her original application for variation of the settlement.

Allowing the application and varying the order to allow for the transfer of specific assets to the wife from the family trust. Adjourning her enforcement application.
