(Court of Appeal, Black, Ward, Elias LJJ, 3 April 2012)
The mother's supervised contact with her three children aged 14, 13 and 10 was terminated after she assaulted two of the social workers during a contact session. The mother appealed and sought contact with her children.
The judge had been entitled to accept the evidence of the social workers in relation to the assault and the judge's findings were adequately explained in his judgment. That decision could not be interfered with. Appeal dismissed.
